About us
Anaya Rakhi Store is a Raksha Bandhan gifting brand offering handcrafted rakhis and rakhi sets, delivered across India. These terms govern your use of our website and any purchase you make.
Products & pricing
- We sell rakhis and rakhi sets (including bhaiya-bhabhi lumba sets). We do not sell sweets, hampers, pooja thalis, or other non-rakhi items.
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹). Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
- Products are subject to availability; we may update designs, prices, and availability without prior notice.
- Minor variation in colour or finish between the on-screen photo and the delivered rakhi can occur and is not treated as a defect.
Orders & payment
- An order is created with a pending status and is confirmed only after payment is successfully verified.
- Payments are prepaid and processed securely through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets).
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues; any amount paid will be refunded.
