Where we ship
We ship across India only. International shipping is not available at this time unless otherwise specified on the website.
Shipping charges
- Orders of ₹2000 and above: free shipping.
- Orders up to ₹1999: a ₹99 shipping charge applies.
- Payments are prepaid via Razorpay — there is no Cash on Delivery, so no COD handling charge.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, including on cancellations, returns, refusals, or failed delivery attempts.
Processing & delivery time
- Orders are processed on weekdays, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- Standard delivery: 4–7 working days from the date of dispatch.
- Timelines may vary by location, courier availability, weather, public holidays, or festivals. Metro cities are usually faster than remote areas.
Raksha Bandhan delivery
Rakhi is time-sensitive. During the festive rush, delivery may take a little longer due to high demand, so we strongly recommend ordering early to receive your rakhi before Raksha Bandhan.
Address & delivery
- Please provide a complete, accurate shipping address with the correct pin code and contact number.
- Anaya is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
- Once an order is shipped, the shipping address cannot be modified.
- Sending a rakhi as a gift is supported — simply enter the recipient’s address at checkout.
- Tracking details are sent via SMS, email, or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
Damaged on arrival
If your rakhi arrives damaged, please report it within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. Our team will review and offer a replacement or refund if approved.
